Police Begin Fingerprinting on Traffic Stops
If you’re caught speeding or playing your music too loud, or other crimes for which you might receive a citation, Green Bay police officers will ask for your drivers license and your finger. You’ll be fingerprinted right there on the spot. The fingerprint appears right next to the amount of the fine.

Legislators request Lautenschlager’s opinion in Eau Claire controversy
Twenty-five Wisconsin legislators sent a letter to Attorney General Peg Lautenschlager Wednesday, asking her legal opinion on a University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire policy, which they feel may be unconstitutional.
The policy, which first made headlines earlier this month, prohibits resident assistants from leading Bible studies in their residence halls.

School district backs down, will allow Christmas cards
After the threat of a lawsuit, which was to be filed today, a school district in Wisconsin has backed down from its policy prohibiting Christian students from distributing Christmas cards that include the religious origins of the candy cane.
